Description
These Jiggy Woolly Buggers are heavily weighted streamers for jigging across deep pools and pockets. Surprisingly, these flies are incredibly effective when dead drifted or euro-nymphed through runs. The heavy tungsten bead coupled with the simple profile allows this streamer to dive fast and get keep into the feeding zones. This is one micro streamer we love to use as an anchor fly within our nymphing rigs or jigging across the stream to large trout.
Drift this streamers under an indicator or strip slowly as you would with other streamers. Tungsten beads are highly sought after for nymphing enthusiasts for it’s heavier weight and ability to drive nymphs down to the bottom quickly. Coupled with the barbed jig hook, these tungsten beaded flies are a deadly fly combo.
