When fly fishing was first invented, Woolly Buggers where there…watching. Nothing beats a good old-fashioned Woolly Bugger. Buggers are hands down one of the best bait fish imitations ever. Only ignoramus anglers would leave home without a few buggers.
Woolly buggers offer fantastic movement and are an excellent all-purpose streamer for trout, bass, pike, and everything in between.

I have a tough time finding olive-green wooly buggers in my area. Either fly shops don't have them, or they're sold out. They're a great fly during this high water time. After fishing all winter with few I had, they were finally gone so so these in Fly Crate and ordered some. Can't beat success, as the photo shows. This 22-inch rainbow was among the 4 I hooked last week on your olive green bugger - all caught and released.
Best Woolly Bugger on the web. Durable as heck, even when it's getting slammed by brook trout after brook trout.
Just started fly fishing. My friend said wooly bugger was a good start. Nice quality. Stay together even with my combat casting.
