Tippet rings extend the life of your tapered leaders without compromising the strength or buoyancy of your leaders and line. Fish dry flies and roll cast with no difficulties. Swap out or add more tippet with ease as you save time and money on leaders. These black nickel tippet rings are strong and light. The 2mm diameter rings are tough enough to withstand the tug of up to 25lb trout while the 3mm diameter rings can support 45lb steelhead. With 10 rings per pack, you’ll have more than enough. These are excellent for European style and or Czech nymphing and adding droppers to your lead fly. Tie one on with a simple Clinch Knot and you’re good to go.
