Where's my December box?

Sadly, our shipment of Monthly Fly Club packages for December is delayed for an undetermined amount of time.

Due to unexpected importing delays and the backup of packages entering the United States, December’s memberships will be arriving later than anticipated.

How did this happen?

Importing into the country is a lengthy process due to the wildlife materials flies contain. Despite our fast action, delays have been compounded past our deadline.

Why are we only hearing about this now?

We wanted to be 100% sure that there was no other option before sending unfortunate updates during the holiday season.

What are my options?

Option 1: If you don’t mind receiving your December assortment later than usual, please be patient with us and we will have it shipped out as soon as we can. No response needed.

Option 2: If you need flies ASAP, we are more than happy to provide you with a $24.95 coupon as a replacement to your December assortment. This will allow you to shop freely on our site and build your own assortment. Just send us a message and mention that you’d like Option 2.

Option 3: We can refund you in full for December’s package. Just send us a message and mention that you’d like Option 3.

Why did I get charged $69.99?

This charge of $69.99 or less is in response to our Membership Upgrades for 2022 where we are changing how we do our memberships to save you money and give you more per box. You can read more about that here.

Please note that 2022 renewals are now scheduled for every 3-months, every quarter.

So you will not be charged again for nearly another 90-days.

I would like to cancel my membership.

Absolutely, you can cancel anytime with no questions asked. Please complete the contact us form and label it as “My Membership.”

**As a note, if your membership is a prepaid 3, 6, or 12-month term and you are requesting to cancel before the end of your term — our Customer Success Team will set the expiration date of your membership before the next renewal date.

For example: If your membership renews on January 12th, we will set it to expire on January 11th.

This will prevent your membership from renewing and stop any new reoccurring charges. Your membership will still be visible within your account as “Active” until the end of the term.

I can't log into my account.

This is an ongoing issue we are rapidly fixing as of (12/2/2020). Please try the following to log into your account.

  • Go to TheFlyCrate.com/login/ and try logging in here rather than attempting to log in at checkout.
  • Avoid using your username, please enter your email that is linked to your account in the “Username / Email” field. According to our technical team, usernames with spaces are causing repeated errors.

Where is my order?

Your tracking information via the United States Postal Service (USPS) should indicate exactly when your package is expected to be delivered. If your package has been marked “Delivered” and you have still not received it after 1-business day, please contact us so we can help. 🙂

Memberships

We ship membership boxes between the 14th-16th of each month. If you ordered your membership or it renewed before the 14th, it will be scheduled to ship between the 14th-16th.

If you ordered items in addition to a membership, your items may arrive separately and in advance of your membership. So it is not uncommon to receive your membership at a later date or in a separate package.

When do you ship?

COVID-19 has impacted shipping and delivery times. Our team is working around-the-clock to ensure you receive your package in a timely manner. Please allow 1 to 2 extra business days for arrival.

We ship all Membership packages  between the 14th – 16th of every month via USPS mail. Once shipped, delivery time is 1-3 business days. Currently, we only ship to the Continental U.S. If you join after the 10th, you will receive the upcoming month’s package.

Shipping is free for memberships. We do this so that you can customize and bulk up your fly box for the coming month.

I don't need flies this month, can I pause my membership?

Package Arriving Late? We are currently experiencing a delay for all December Membership Boxes due to a massive importing delay. Please be patient with our team as we are working hard to resolve this issue and get your box to you as soon as possible.

The USPS is working hard to get delivery times back on track for 2021. We ask that you please be patient with your order as delays are unpredictable and out of our control. If you would like more information about your package or that you believe it to be lost in transit, please contact us. We are always happy to help and will do our best to locate your package.
